If you want to obtain pleasure from your work, it is necessary to combine innovation and culture.
We, in an innovative way for Lambrusco grapes, chose a "spurred cordon" training system with a low
production of 1,200 kg of grapes per hectare which, together with a prunning of just two buds per spur,
limits its production load, improving body and structure, thus producing the best extracts for
a Lambrusco that is pleasing for us and for all aficionados of this wine.
The "spurred cordon" consists of a permanent shoot onto which a specifically studied number of spurs can be grafted.
The positioning of our plant layout, with
Width between rows: 2,80 m
Distance between plants: 1,05 m
is conducive to low grape production only.
